What's For Dinner?

Last night was pretty much a wash with the nasty weather and the knowledge that there was another work/school week to prepare for. The only dilemma was what to make for dinner. Nothing was defrosted and I didn't particularly care to do anything complicated so we decided on pasta. I did take the time to make a batch of my homemade sauce and it was so delicious.
